1st Tank RM60 - 490km - From KL to melaka, Melaka round here n there, still got enough petrol to come back to kl. 2nd Tank RM40-320KM. This car is fantastic.
Yeah! I was pist as well when I got my car. The SA also did not put any petrol for me and he just keep pushing me to drive to nearest station to pump, I got feeling I can't even drive the car for 5km.. This is BAD. Is there any phone we could complain to Honda on this? Or any honda malaysia management reading this? This is definately not customer service .. goash!
You can't complain. Its not in their policy to give customers a full tank of petrol upon delivery. Its up to the SA's decency. It is tho, their policy to wash and polish the car upon delivery.

Agreed is not a must to filled up the tank. But it is unprofessional to give us a car, with almost zero petrol in the tank.
I took my car in Honda Old Klang road, the sales person just drive to the nearest Esso and ask me to fill up the tank.
I told him Esso is not my preference and I prefer Shell.
The sales men actually drove my car against the traffic, to the shell station next to honda, I was having the impression of, if I were to drive and make a U-turn, my car might potentially stop at the road side.
At least 10 or 15% fof the tank should be filled with petrol, thats what, as a consumer at least deserve. just my opinion ..
